Some of us look into the gutter, some are looking at the stars, paul was of the latter. A honest intelligent paranormal investigator, very rare these days. Another defender of the truth has left us to deal with the sceptics, doubters and evil doers.

The only 'intelligence' behind crop circles is MILITARY which is a very limited intelligence, indeed. Does anyone remember Spyro Gyro kits that we used to play with as children? A electro-magnetic type of laser beamed through such a template could surely produce such effects whilst carrying a 'charge'. This is lay intelligence on a practical answer to the idiocy surrounding this phenomena

@DaftAida Sadly, you can't magnatize light, only polarize it. Magnetic field lines will follow their own rules (I know, I'm an engineer) and not succumb to templates, only other magnetic influences. Although Paul was my friend I didn't share his ideas. There is intellegence behind these features, it's the human skill of geometry, organisation and a touch of art.

The military wouldnt bother doing something so silly as create crop circles. This is people with nothing better to do at night.

I have only just found out the news.. After spending many years between 93 and 98 around the fields of wiltshire are paths would often cross. RIP paul. I used to call him MR Gadget.. ;)
