I was at this gig. They were amazing, almost as good as when I saw them 10 years earlier at the SFX in Dublin. Most people there were just there Urban Hymns fans who didn't want to hear anything else and most likely never heard A Northern Soul - their greatest album. The best song of the night was Stormy Clouds. The Odyssey is a shit venue, if any of the verve read this, next time play the Ulster Hall. That would be a great gig.
