  • @TivonaPretty mostly from Trader Joes or Whole Foods...but you can find quite a few of them in the "organic" aisle of regular grocery stores (the coconuts, Mary's Gone Crackers, hummus and carrots is available everywhere.) The bee pollen is something you can get at Whole Foods or online.

  • I learned in my college microbiology courses that unpasteurized honey is not recommended to ingest. Pasteurization is an important process in making sure that food is safe to injest. That honey contains harmful bacteria, specifically Clostridium botulinum (botulism).

  • You know, when you buy the raw honey with the comb in the jar, it's the same raw honey that people who buy it without the comb are getting. It's all been centrifuged out of the comb to begin with, and then poured over a pretty bit of the comb.

  • this is brilliant!! just what i needed to know..plus your stunning! i train everyday but always struggle to lose body fat..im at thirteen percent at the moment..i dedicate two days a week to just cardio but my diet usally lets me down as im not clued up on what i should be eating...i have a healthy diet but i think its down to hidden fats and sugars..thanks for this and any other advice would be great!!

  • In 1 of ur videos u mentioned JICAMA. You can eat the Jicama with chili powder , lemon juice & salt. (Just slice your jicama) U can also add cucumbers pineapples, mango etc..hmmm.

  • yumm! i loved the idea of fresh coconut water and bought 5. I tried the sunflower seed butter and i would have never bought it without watching this video. Ive also tried 5htp mentioned in your other video and bought 50mg. There were two different kinds. 5htp time release and also just 5htp. I ended up getting just 5htp because it was cheaper and i didnt know what time release ment. Would you happen to know the difference? BTW i love all your videos. I watch one every night for inspiration.

Yea but jus a lil background she eats very heallthy and is carb sensitive, works out like a maniac, doesn't barely eat sugar, gains very fast just like you if she's not 100% on point,eats often ( at least every 2 to 3 hours) does insanity, heavy weights, cardio, asylum, gets in the sauna, has researched EVERYTHING there is to know about nutrition and has stumped numerous trainers AND dietitians and nutr

  • Are you 100% puerto rican or mixed? My wife is puerto rican and black and is trying to get muscular and ur size, and is having a hard time so I was wondering if it has something to do with genetics or not. Let me know thanx

  • @trunx762 Hey there! I'm half Puerto Rican, but ethnic background doesn't have as much to do with it as nutrition. In Puerto Rico, there are many different shapes and sizes, some thin women, some curvy women etc. (although I do gain fast if I'm not 100%onpoint) 80% of the results are going to come from the kitchen :) A GOOD PLACE TO START- My "weight loss in a hurry" video. and also my "tupperware trick" video. Those show what fitness models and figure competitors do to get lean, and stay lean.

  • @trunx762 if she is having a hard time loosing weight!! good thing would help you're wife if she exercise on regular basis.. like 3 or 4 times a day.. eat smaller meals and drink 8 glasses of water of day.... it helps to burn off more calories and it's gonna take some time reboost you're matabolism... takes some vitamins and exercise are one of the options that helps... i've done it befour and it works really well!!! good luck..

  • CLIF Builders Bars are all natural, and taste pretty good.

  • I make my own protein bars that are really good! Just randomly combine sugar free natural peanut butter, whole oats, protein powder, honey, and any other things you want to add. I throw in dried cranberries or a banana. Add water to it and mush it all together and then throw it in the fridge in a pan. 30 min later cut em up! 

  • carrot and pistachios or avocado

    green apple and pecans

    banana and cheddar cheese

    orange and almonds

    cantaloupe and cottage cheese

  • I would post on facebook, but their new privacy settings allows friends to see in their feed whenever you comment on anything, and I'm not down with everyone being in my business. I'm all for weightloss and eating healthy, but letting everyone know about what I'm doing opens me up to criticism I'm not willing to take without having much results to show for it yet.

    My only problem right now is not having the resources to eat healthy. Living with my family, I either eat what they eat or dont eat.
