I used to use AOL as an e-mail address but now they only allow a very short partial download maybe 12-15 seconds at the most so i use Yahoo and it works fine except you may have to look in your spam folder for the file even though it's not really spam..I don't care for the music videos so i convert the video file into just a music file (mp3)...works great !

Oh, no sorry, but if you download the video, then put it into windows movie maker (avi. only) you can mute the sound from there, then save it without sound. It also makes the file smaller

when the video is on the timeline on windows movie maker there should be somthing that says audio and that is the sound in the video,you right click the audio and click on the mute setting. Hope that helps. ^^

No Problem, well the actual download depends on your Internet speed since it's just a normal download. But the Upload to the website doesn't take long at all, but sometimes them sending you the email with the downlaod link can take a bit of time. If you are wondering how to do anything else just ask, and i'll see about another tutorial
