It is our choice. The fact that YaWeH created the universe is omnipotent and counts humility among his atributes is a paradox and is beautiful. He has made a way thru Jesus to be His sons and daughters. Satan hates humanity and seeks to pervert anything he can't steal, kill or destroy. To trust anything he promises you is beyond naive.

I don't think the dead are part of this according to Ecclesiastes 9:5 & 6. Jesus also likened death to sleep. Just for addional info, Lazarus, Jesus friend who was brought back didn't say "thanks for saving me from fire" or "why'd you bring me back from Heaven". Job also asked to be concealed in "Sheol" (or hell - the common grave of mankind) during the time he was being tested by the devil. I hope this truth will help you and thanks for the video.
