I had one of these, and I could lift the front wheel of the ground in 3rd gear, .
Back in its time the z1 kawasaki couldn't keep up with it.
Yes ,when you launched it from a start it was hell to hold on to. and felt like you where shot from a slingshot even in 3rd gear. I miss mine.

These bikes needed hand cuffs ( police restraint) to hold the pilot "toO the handlebar.. i liked the cub too
