One question. Does Kent paper work well with Copic markers as well as Neopiko markers?

whats the difference between B4 kent paper and the ruled B4 paper

ruled usually means there's lines to write.. Kent paper is for comics (and artwork, but most use it for comics) and stand up really well to alcohol based markers and such.
