Yes I can explain to you.Actually killing the people by government is OK in Iran.All the laws in Iran are against everything and everyone that are opposite of government,I am gonna assure you that government wants police to murder the people, so how you are wondering why there is no police there?As long as someone is killed by order of government is ok in Iran otherwise it is not ok...

can someone explain to me what exactly is happening in this video besides the obvious protesting. It appeared they were murdering that person to set some sort of example. It also looked like there weren't any police or law enforcement anywhere. I guess murder is ok in Iran. At least that's what it looked like. English please.
