一般來講，繁時要16-17 MINS，非繁就15，更快時間可以去到14

But in this move , FT9910 start run TM highway from 01:42 to 14:25 (it takes 13minutes 17 sec) to complete the journal , the total length of Tuen Mun Highway is 17.3km , FT9910 average speed is 17.3km/ (13.17/60) hour = 78.81 km/hour about 79kph . I think it is matched to true speed ..
