idk what version of the game this shit is... 3% of byakko hp is 2241 not no damn 2900... byakko has exactly 75,700hp... but anyways this method works when fighting byakko as well as being emblem grade user and being wind attribute... i fight with my dodge rate at 89% lulz byakko hits me every 6 turns lulz
