  • So here's the question: was Lord Hutton nobbled in some way to come up with the "suicide" verdict or was so lacking in intelligence to not examine in depth all the information surrounding Kelly's death. In a coroner's court suicide would have to be proved "beyond reasonable doubt". Very clearly this never happened in the Kelly case.
