The chopper belonged to the TV station I worked for at the time. We loaned it to them for this video and training purposes. This was shot way back in 1989.

Yes they still have the blue hats. Obviously they wear their helmets when they actually make an entry to a criminals house. I still have one of those hats from when I when I worked with them way back them.

can men and woman do swat team?

Yes woman can be on SWAT teams. They have to be able to pass the physical tests (which are much higher than for a regular police officer) This SWAT team has had a least 1 woman that I know of in the past.
