  • While 'surfing', I ran across this and it brought back memories of being the Jobs for Veterans Manager for the Tri-Counties (CA) Metro of the National Alliance of Businessmen (then changed to Business) and hawking PSAs to various TV stations, plus producing our own local radio and print PSAs, and putting on 60 job finding workshops. At the time Vietnam Veterans had a very high unemployment rate and it seems that history is now repeating itself, but without help by orgs like the NAB. Very sad.

  • I listen to the old CBS Radio Mystery Theater as I drift off to sleep every night. This commercial plays during a couple of shows. It is just as sad as it was on TV; Probably because of the haunting melody.
