The authors of this video show a lack of regard for those whom the video is supposed to inform, by implying that the two directives are identical. What if There was a major earthquake in California, another Katrina, or massive damage from tornados? Within Directive 51 Section 14. c. calls for quarterly and annual assessment. I'm having a difficult time figuring out if these assessments are to be held before or after an emergency. That is, are these assessments to be held now - before the emergency? Or are they to happen after the emergency? If after then it seems clear that this document is for a long term declaration of an emergency. Which means that if an election were to be suspended (like the 08') that'd be it for years.

That wasnt the case in New Orleans really, one of the biggest problems was FEMA and the guard BLOCKING local law enforcement, and even rescue crews with trucks of supplies, from even entering the city for their own "safety". I personally know a group who went there from San Diego with trucks of supplies and rescuers, only to be blocked for days outside.

I don't think Blackwater's membership is up to the 100,000 mark yet, but it is a serious issue. Erik Prince is expanding his little private army domestically, here in California they already have a training base. I do agree that it wouldn't be beyond Bush to pull something off, a recent article claims Bush is worried of an "October surprise" coming from Pakistan. What if There was a major earthquake in California, another Katrina, or massive damage from tornados? Within Directive 51 Section 14. c. calls for quarterly and annual assessment. I'm having a difficult time figuring out if these assessments are to be held before or after an emergency. That is, are these assessments to be held now - before the emergency? Or are they to happen after the emergency? If after then it seems clear that this document is for a long term declaration of an emergency. Which means that if an election were to be suspended (like the 08') that'd be it for years.

Yep. The directive outlines exactly who is responsible for what in the event of a catastrophe such as 9/11 or Katrina, both of which had rather bungling responses from the federal government. I didn't see anything in there about Bush, or anyone else, becoming dictator. Saying shit like this just makes people sound like idiots, so that when you do have a legitimate complaint you will be ignored (see "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" for more information).

The former dictator of the Philippines, Marcos, did the exact same thing (as did Hitler) a year before he declared martial law, which was his final year in office. If only it was a conspiracy theory, Directive 51 is a real peice of federal law that gives the president through law the power to suspend American's rights in whatever condition the president seems fit, it is real and it was made for a reason, now the only theory in my video was possibly which president would do it or how it would come about.
We are losing rights little by little, every federal/local govt agency is being given new authorities, FEMA is a large part of this look it up.

There were NO riots or protests following Katrina, and I'm pretty sure there's something about U.S. troops NEVER being allowed to open fire on American citizens on domestic soil, no matter what the situation. You see, what you DIDN"T see on the news was the people that were detained and told that we were going to Beach Grove, which I never heard of nor did I know where/what that was, untill a year later. Also as for guns being taken away, they were actually knocing on doors and taking guns from residents,not just on the street. They would take the guns, and leave the people defenseless in their homes without aid, while supposedly it was unsafe. That wasnt the case in New Orleans really, one of the biggest problems was FEMA and the guard BLOCKING local law enforcement, and even rescue crews with trucks of supplies, from even entering the city for their own "safety". I personally know a group who went there from San Diego with trucks of supplies and rescuers, only to be blocked for days outside.

The fact is, it was a hurricane which flooded the city, hampering movement by law enforcement,rescue etc the boats and helicopters that could be used, were used for rescue as they should have been,before they were used for controlling crime looting etc.

I kinda' remember hearing something about Bush hearing about the levees failing 2-3 days PRIOR to Katrina, and I also remembr hearing about a local and foreign scientist calling the former head of FEMA to warn him of what was going to DEFFINATELY happen after Katrina struck. I think there was also some issue about a 4 day response from FEMA and Bush to get out here and help. I was stranded on the 2nd floor of my home for 5 days.

I was dropped off to higher ground with no food or water and told to fen for myself, after which I was illegally searched, for NO reason other than walking down the street, and my pistol, a leagally registered one by the way, was taken from me and I haven't seen it since. Where are the prison camps? How come we cant see them? The public can get satellite Images of Area 51 but not these prison camps? There are hi-res satellite images to 1-4 meters of the entire U.S taken by commercial earth observation satellites such as the Ikonos,yet you cant see any prison camps waiting to be used. Let me guess...the images are doctored fake etc. There are at least 8 commercial Earth Observation Satellites owned by various companies from various countries but zero camp images!

The only place you find crap about 800 FEMA camps is on conspiracy websites.Not much of a reliable source there! In the videos of these so called camps, they have fences that couldn't contain an 8 year old let alone a crowd of people.Anyone can get a video camera, and find plenty of closed,abandoned waiting to be leased etc warehouse parks/buildings,film them from the outside and tell people the barb wire is facing inwards to contain prisoners, post them on YT and say they are FEMA Prison camps.
