I'm afraid not. ^_^ All of the kisses in Takarazuka are only "imitated".

Almost all, I've seen a few that did seem to be real. Tsukigumi's 2005 Elisabeth for one. (I think that's the right troupe and year...Ayaki Nao's version.)
