I personally believe people are making their judgements too quick about him just based off of this video. He got drafted for a reason. People fail to factor in what he's done with his high school team during games or even his work ethic. So if you personally have seen him play in an actual game and have knowledge of him statistically with his team, then honestly, you have no right to talk shit just because of what you saw in this video. Think about it.

I am a High School Coach.. I do not see anything special . I have kids freshman kids on my Varsity team that show more range then this kid. All his hits were pop-ups no line drives.....keep working ...slow foot work...

The second best Puerto Rican born prospect after Francisco Lindor.. Javier has plenty of raw power and enough agility and quickness to stick at 3rd. I dont see him being a SS he doesnt have enough range.. But he has a solid arm and frame that projects wonderful at 3B.. This guy can slug plenty of power and good glove. Scouts have compared him to Edgar Martinez and Robin Ventura..
