We humans wouldn't be able to squat so low if it would hurt us. It only does hurt the knees when using heavy weights. It is more vital not to shake the knees laterally when performing.
Squats are the best overall butt exercise to tone, reduce, and harden your butt. But by all means do NOT squat below parallel, or 90 degrees. It's very important to keep your head and chin up throughout your squat. Keep your back flat and fixate on a point high on the wall before you. Wear a wide lifting belt. Work up to 15-20 rep sets for 5 sets of squats even with just a 45 pound Olympic bar and you'll develop a solid foundation to what some refer to as the king of exercises. Enjoy!
i think she squats way too down it is bad for the knee joint the best form is that your knee joint makes 90 degrees with your upper legs and the calf area
how many days do we need to do this exercise in a week? someone?

squats work the best.. and the hip machine where you extend your legs out (if you squeeze yout butt while u do them)

Rubber tubing works. Just have to find a place to attach it and you are good to go. You can buy them in various resistances. They're pretty cheap.
