when the bullet skimmed your body the game counted it as your bullet, when your supposed "bullet" hit the fusion coils and blew up, so it counted as a suecide, i do something like that in bomb vareints, before the bomb goes boom i shoot all the players so it says i killed them!, its different on other varients, then it counts that they killed themselfs.

Ok this is my take...The bullet hit HIS shoulder, consequentially, the bullet hit the fusion coil. Because it hit HIS shoulder, and his body touched the bullet last, it was a suicide. this probably isn't right, but it's one of the very few possibilities other than the game just simply is flawed sometimes.

Ok...I really don't get y that is counted as suicide. Usually even if u suicide the last person to shoot you will be counted as their kill. Only enemies, it will not be counted as betrayal from teammates. For example, someone shot you, you jump from the edge of Guardian to get away. It would be counted as that guy kill you so I really don't get this.

It is wierd and hard to understand, but just because you see blood doesnt mean he took damage. It is just one of many halo flaws. The enemy shot his shotgun which was shot itself upon being hit, which then hit the barrels. He was only given a suicide because it was his gun that shot the barrels. And this is possible because I shot the rocket launcher sometimes when the enemy is holding them and it will kill them. It is hard to belive but is what happened.

Enemy shoots the barrel (fusion core) behind you, a fraction of a second later you shoot and the bullet leaves the barrel. The blastwave of the explosion hurls you in front of your own bullet, thus killing yourself.
