Its just a simple PWM with 2 NE555 timers and a FET. The output from that is hooked up to a DC high voltage transformer with a 10,000 volt capacitor in parallel. Nothing special.

@NRGFromTheVacuum Does the FET type transistors allow higher voltages to pass through them than 5v?
