@swiffstep The inards is called the crab butter. The organs of crab have alot of fat in them so they call them either brains or fat. And although it's not strictly brains, it's a general term for the organs on the crab which can include the liver as well.

hard to explain, if you have an undeveloped palate you wont like it, but the it taste kinda like creamy crab, its got a very pasty texture
