I have a 9-5, and I've brought it up to about 175 km/h (110 MPH) on non-public roads before. I don't even redline, I shift at 4000, and it is fast. I never timed it, but I feel like I get hit in the stomach, and I can't eat for at least 2 hours.
@HeavyMetaldude500 What has running on diesel got to do with anything? Please tell me you're not talking about MPG. I have a car for carrying more than 2 people, heavy loads and getting around in icy conditions. The need for speed is best cured through bikes!
i drove my family's 1.9TiD sportcombi for a couple of years. not a bad car, but front wheel drive dynamics weren't great. especially torque steer.
one thing i clearly remember was how bloody noisy it was. if you stand outside with the engine running, it's like a tractor. sitting several cars away in traffic, you could still hear the racket from our saab (even from a lexus!).
swapped it for a MB C220 diesel, far more refined. waaay better to drive.

My bike does 0-100km/h in under 4 seconds, for under £2000.
Haters gonna hate.

@b33p it doesnt have 5 seats, loading space, stereo, protection from all weathers, etc... and it doesnt run on diesel. otherwise bikes are nice :)

@b33o if you were hunting for speed and buying a saab, you would choose an aero, which it is possible to survive an highspeed crash with!

Indeed! Surelly less than 8.3sec. Oficial data says 9.5sec... It´s a fact that the driver has no mercy for the mechanics!!
My black TiD Vector is ordered! It will take one more month to arrive and I´m getting mad with this..!!
