There are only 2 other guys with voices as pure and pleasing as Garfunkel's. One is Colin Blunstone of The Zombies and his own solo career (check out v=AA-e1nqR5qI "Caroline Goodbye") and the late, great Tim Buckley (check out v=vMTEtDBHGY4 "Song to the Siren"). Buckley's voice is lower than Garfunkel's and Blunstone's, but it still rings true.
