I do a lot of visual effects... this looks pretty amazing if it's fake. Someone would have to do a lot of green/blue screen work and make an object similar to the tank's shape that's and make the same floor-plain(difficult). Props if it's fake. However I do know that some japanese dudes have made a material that bends light around it, thus making it seem invisible, and can vanish a coin. My guess, if the public is now starting to work on this, the government already has a working prototype.

On top of that it looks as though he/she spliced it with actual footage of a tanker climbing into his vehicle. Look at the way the guy moves. That's solid snake all the way. You can also tell where he must have blended films.
It's possible that it is the camera, but also possible that it could be active camoflage using phased array optics... Since the quality of the video is so low, it is difficult to determine.

Its called Negative refractive Index. very basically the way you see the world is converting light that reflects off of objects and your brain turns it into an image. metamaterials absorb light and in turn you cant see it. works especially well against magnification and video. not terribly well against the naked eye, however well enough for a kind of active camo. btw, these materials are man made and have been created as early as the 1940's. i know a little about them being a chem. engineer
