We did this trip in September 2007. It was windy for us as well most of the time but we managed to find a couple of still days to fish. The creeks are always fairly protected but you have to put up with the midgies. We are heading back up in late April which is probably one of the least windy months. We will be in the big boats for that trip. Stay tuned.

Great video mate. Been up that way several times but always been land locked. I'm certainly going to have to take up a kayak next time.

What time of year was that? I went late august and it was really windy, the weather in your video looks perfect!!! we didnt catch any fish either!
