man theres no reason to boil your chicken first. just cut it into very small pieces and fry it slowly with the spices. if your gonna fry it in the end anyway, why go gettin it all water-logged? Its no wonder so many ppl doin it that way say chicken is bland. of course its bland when you just washed out all the flavor with boiled water. fry it it up with very little oil and a medium dose of spices. will taste much better that way. and tell your friend to pass the joint once in a while. DAMN :)
