  • It was not Bandera and the OUN who deported millions to Siberia and dekulakized the private property of millions of hard working farmers; it was not Bandera and the OUN who destroyed churches and murdered clergy in order to create the atheist Marxist paradise. And it was not Bandera and the OUN who signed the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact that started WWII and helped Nazism to flourish and expand in the west. Watch "The soviet story" to get an idea as to who was the greatest Nazi collaborator of all.

  • 1:11 OUN Bandera forces destroyed and killed in Belarus? I had no idea that OUN-UPA operated that far north LOL :) If Bandera does not have the support of the vast majority of the Ukrainian population then this issue would have been put to rest long ago. Apparently there are many in Eastern Ukraine as well who have a fondness for Bandera and the OUN. After all it was not Bandera and the OUN who starved millions to death in the Holodomor of 1932-33, or deport millions to Siberia.

  • Soviet veterans from East Ukraine and Communists are "ordinary Ukrainians"..... for RussiaToday. RT is great normally, but it is very biased and incredible whenever reporting on the Kremlin, Poland, Ukraine and Belarus indeed. Ukraine is not a Soviet Communist country, because of Soviet colonists in the East and in the Crimean Peninsula (formerly Tatar and Ukrainian Cossack).

  • stepan bandera forever ! long live ukraine !

  • Europe is only for civilized nations :) not for ukrainians and russians

  • Just more of the usual Putinist Russian propaganda...disinformation and lies.

Russia needs to accept, admit, apologize and atone for its numerous genocides against Ukrainians, Belarusans, Kazakhs, and others.

  • Hahahaha, putin is no longer in power.

There is no such thing as an "ukrainian".

  • lustitiapax is a nazi scum. He spreads nazi propaganda using youtube. Just ignore him.

  • @VChapaev Schwartzbard was not an Ukrainian. Or were you being ironic?

  • @VChapaev Petliura was ok. He never committed genocide.

  • @IustitiaPax Ohh please give me reliable sources of this information (that AK murdered women and children), please...

  • @IustitiaPax "Source for instance: Misiło, Eugeniusz (2006). "Pawłokoma 3 III 1945 r." - as I`ve noticed your only source is wikipedia:) Sorry but there is no single word that AK members killed women and children.

I know that there were also anti-Ukrainian actions taken in revenge (3 000-4 000 Ukrainians were murdered in these actions by Poles)

  • But UPA murdered much more people (120 000 Poles and 40 000 Ukrainians source:Timothy Snyder "Reconstruction of nations") despite the fact that UPA was a very small organization. OUN/UPA had a fascistic ideology based on hatred (see "Dekalog ukraińskiego nacjonalisty"). AK was the biggest underground army with an international recognition, under the command of the legal Polish government in exile. UPA commanders like Roman Szuchewycz ordered ethnic cleanings, AK commanders condemned war crimes.

  • Comment removed

  • @IustitiaPax "How do you think that the ethnic cleansing of the Akcja Wisła (1947) could be finished so easily?" - and how do you think that the deportation of Poles could be finished so easily?

"It was civil war" - of course, and holocaust was also a civil war were Germans murdered Jews and Jews murdered Germans.

  • @Barca29 bydlo

  • @VChapaev Sholom was especially ukrainian... or the fucken disgrace of Stashinsky who was most probably a jew too... whattafuck are you talking about. thise too semites were agents of one of the most tyrannic mast murdering states of all times

  • The soviets created so much incredible propaganda about UPA, soviet officials and police

had no shame and no conscience in destroying anything related to being Ukrainain they killed and deported people as they wished. It would be odd if an army like UPA didint arise. they was also simular gurrila army in belarus and latvia/ Lithuanian ( Forrest Brothers ) the soviets also labled them fashists, anyone who had had dignity left joined to fight in these armies . THis video is russians bullshit

  • i do acknowledge that innocent polish people were killed by ukranian nitionalists, ( as ukranin villagers were murdered by polish national army )

UPA fought the authorities and they didnt kill red army soldiers ( unless they had to defend themselves) anyways i dont understand why russians make so much documentaries about UPA - they didint kill russians. thay should probaly spend more time critcizing stalin and the communist regime who butchered russian subjects " for the greated good "

  • bandera is a fukin scum..mourderer..worse than hitler

  • you are wrong

  • @casperado666 Ukraine is under Polish influence again

  • so you must be proud

  • @casperado666 Yes very proud

  • @GaullistFan Really? I do not see widespread Polonization taking place in Ukraine but russification continues.

  • Bandera is a hero because he fought for a free and independent Ukraine. period.

  • Keep in mind the oppression Ukraine faced under tsarism: the destruction of cossack institutions, the imposition of sefdom that hindered economic development, the legal ban on the Ukrainian language via the Valuyev decree and the Ems Ukaz. Keep in mind that the Orthodox church was decimated under Stalin and all that was left was NKVD agents wearing preists' robes. Keep in mind that Shevchenko too "created" Ukraine in his poems long before the era of soviet power.

  • @MiddletownDreamz, Czarist regime never needed to ban any "ukrainian" language or culture because such didn´t even exist at the time.

These where creations of the 20th centhury, a weird mix of Polish and Russian culture, a local dialect of Russian bastardised with old polish words.

Even the "ukrainian" flag is a rip-of from Swedish colours and Polish layout!

Post-sovietic political lunatism, you are no different from Borat or the Turkmenes that said their country invented the wheel.

  • @IustitiaPax "The Ukrainian language always existed, as Ruthenian or Rusyn" - No, Rusyn language was a common language for all eastern Slavs. We can say that the reform of Peter the Great initiated the rise of the Russian language. It`s the same with Belorussian and Ukrainian - they were one language, which was officially used in GDL.

  • @IustitiaPax "The Rusyn language is the Carpathian Ruthenian language" sorry I`ve meant Ruthenian language - the earlier phase of eastern slavic languages.

  • So how comes the Rusyns are considered a separate people today? Czechoslovake name for Ruthenia prior to the Munich agreement, Carpartian Russia.

  • @Fridaey13txhOktober The distinction between Rusyn (Ruthenian) and Ukrainian is artificial, and a difference between Uzhorod and Lviv/Lwów as centers. Ukraine was also called Kievan Rus' and West-Ukraine called Ruś Czerwona. Not Muscovy, not Russia proper. Of course the East Slavic peoples of Ukrainians-Rusyns, Belarussians, Moscovite Russians are all closely related indeed. Like Swedes and Norwegians are related, but not the same people.

  • "The distinction between Rusyn (Ruthenian) and Ukrainian is artificial"

    How did that happen?

    "Ruś Czerwona"

Again, the name is RUS Czerwona.

Germany too used to be divided in smaller states, even up to only 150 years ago, doesn´t mean there is such nationality as Thuringians and Bavarians and only Obama believes there is such a language as Austrian.

  • @Fridaey13txhOktober But it does not mean that Bavarians (Carpathian Ruthenians) are not Germans (Ukrainians). Flemings are not Bavarians though. Carpathian Rus is not Muscovy Rus' at all. Zürich is not part of Hamburg. Switzerland (Carpathian Ukraine) is not under Berlin control (Kremlin rule).

  • @Fridaey13txhOktober Just as the Russian tricolor flag is a rip off off the flags of France, Holland, Britain and America in order to convince the world and themselves that the Russian Empire is a European country. There was no Russia until Peter the not so great created one by decree in 1721. Even the double headed eagle is not originally Russian but was once the coat of arms of the Byzantine Empire; Kyiv Rus' never used the eagle and neither did early Muscovite princes.

  • The name is Kievan RUS.

  • VChap...

KGB documents recently opened in Kyiv showed that the KGB had 1800 agents in UPA.

Their job was amongst others to discredit UPA.

The Kremlin is closing access to former KGB documents re UPA. We don't have to discuss why.

So, this garbage from RussiaToday is just an extension of the Kremlins continued criminal activity.

Deceit, lies, killigs ...no change from last 3centuries of Moscow rule.

  • Why is the FSB closing its archives? What have they to hide? If there is evidence of NKVD MVD infiltrating OUN UPA then expose the documents and the individuals involved. Of course there were agents provocateurs sent there to discredit the national liberation movement. Many of them participated in atrocities against civilians in order to discredit OUN UPA. If UPA was a mass murdering fascist organization like the communists and the kremlin parrot then what does the FSB have to hide?

  • Booby trap the druzhba pipeline so that it is completely destroyed in the event of a Russian invasion. close the oil and gas lines at both the Ukrainian-Russian border and the Ukrainian-EU border. That way Russia and GazProm will go bankrupt and the rest of Europe will freeze along with Ukraine. Then Eyes will turn to Kyiv. It would not hurt if Ukraine began a program of re-building its nuclear arsenal. The materials, means and know-how are still there.

  • Ohh I am sorry was it Bandera who instituted collectivization of agriculture that led to the famine of 1932-33? Was it Bandera who implemented a policy of deportation of so-called kulaks to the Siberian Gulags? Was it Bandera who implemented a policy of atheism that led to the destruction of so many churches and cathedrals in Ukraine and the mass murder of the church hierarchy. Was Bandera a signer of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact? It is amazing that there still lovers of tyranny and genocide.

  • damn this is fucked up they already got statues of this guy.... how low can they get?

soon we gonna se sakashvili statues in kiev!

  • You mean how higher can they get? More statues of Lenin are coming down. Still, if Odesa can erect a new statue to Catherine II who destroyed the Zaporizhian sich, abolished the Hetmanate and the cossack military and political institutions founded by Bohdan Khmelnitsky and instituted serfdom to Ukraine then yes I agree with you when you ask how low can they get.

  • @Uragan Yes I take pride in seeing a statue of Bandera in Lviv and a main street named after him that goes through the city. As far as going low there was a statue of Stalin unveiled in Zaporizhia over a year ago. On New Years it was blown up and deservedly so. Going low is to unveil a monument to Catherine the not so great in Odesa. The same Catherine who destroyed the Cossack Zpaorozhian sich, the Hetmanate, instituted serfdom, suppressed the haidamak uprising. Shame on you Odesa.

  • You need Great Stalin, Trotzki, and the rest of the "Grrreat Rrred Arrrmy" to kill the rest of

Ukrainians, that Bandera tried to defend!

  • LOL try to learn some history, stupid dumb american (yes, even before looking in your profile, I was assure that you are american).

  • Walk along everybody, there is nothing to see here. Just a poor man who got abused by a Ukrainian and now trying to sow up his rear end together. BTW, anarchists among the Bandera group were the ones committing atrocities, it wasnt orders from the leader.

  • @combolus The bombings in the Moscow subway and Domodedovo plus the heat wave that engulfed European Russia last summer are just the beginning. I like to look upon such events as examples of poetic justice. Now with the change in demographics, the decline of the Russian population and the rise of the non-Russian Muslim populations in Tatarstan, Central Asia and Siberia will make things very interesting. Its a good time for an "Ayatollah Khomeini" to rise from their ranks.

  • Traitor of Soviet nations!!

Fuck that fascist and kill the oranges.

  • Traitor to soviet nations and to the USSR and what it stood for is a badge of honor. Loyalty to independent Ukraine is not an act of treason.

  • Stop accusing Ukrainians. Majority of them, especially in East part are normal and adequate, and also hate this glorificators of fascism. Busturds are nationalists, whose heroes are Bendera.

This is Ushenko's order to glorify fascism, to misinform people about holodomor, to destroy Ukraine economically, to create hate between Ukrainians and Russians.

This is US order to destroy Ukraine, like they destroyed Jugoslavia.

FUCKIN' USA PUPPETS and BITCHES, GET OUT FROM UKRAINE!

  • This is not a campaign to create hate between Ukraine and Russia but to bring out historical facts that have been suppressed under communism. It is amazing that Russians cannot bring themselves to realise the fact that Ukraine is independent and that the people living there are free to live for themselves and without Moscow's tyranny. The only forces that have created enmity between Ukrainians and Russians has been Russian tyranny, autocracy, despotism and serfdom.

  • And of course, only American can write such bullshit, which have NOTHING general with truth and reality. Even fact that Hrushev and Brezhnev were Ukrainians prove that you are again wrong, yankee. What a crazy, dumb and brainwashed nation you are... Incredible...

  • Brezhnev and Khrushchev were 100% Russian and loyal to Moscow. The fact that Khrushchev was born in Donbass means nothing; he was a lackey of Stalin as was Brezhnev. They would have served Moscow if it was tsarist or communist. They never represented Ukraine's interests. Incredible that such homo sovieticus or maloross yanichar bullshit should spew from your mouth. What a lot of brainwashed sovoks many of you still are.

  • Petlura was a good man. He recognized Polish Lwow and supported alliance with Poland against the Soviets.

  • @GaullistFan Petliura was a loser and so are you

  • @GaullistFan Only to be stabbed in the back by Pilsudski by signing the treaty of Riga with the soviets in 1921. Some allies. Had Hrekov remained in command of the Ukrainian Galician armyin 1919 he would have driven the western/French supplied Polish army past the San river. The only reason Poland secured independence after WWI was because of western aid and defense of Poland by the western powers at Versailles. Poland would never have secured independence without western aid.

  • Cut their gas supplies! Make the bastards freeze this winter!

  • @perkele0079 Sure so Ukraine can start extracting oil and gas reserves of their own along the Black Sea and Azov Sea coasts. Also time for Ukraine to start re building its own nuclear arsenal to protect the country and its people from external foes especially Russia. Close the pipelines so that Gazprom gets no hard currency and the rest of Europe freezes

  • fuking fascist bederovtsy, ukrania to rusia, ukranian is not a nation

  • @00Shinkar00 Fucking russian muscovite mongol imperialist scum. Russians are the most intolerable and racist of all the east European nations. Ukraina to Ukraina and nobody else.

  • Bandera was a racist and attacked not only the returning Red Army heroes, but ordered the mass murder of ethnic Poles as well. The Ukrainian govt. shouldn't be commemorating this scum- they should conduct annual pilgrimedges to piss on his grave.

  • @p1nkfl0yd How about pissing on the Masoleum of Lenin and blowing up more statues of Stalin should they reappear on Ukrainian soil. How about sending all those statues of Lenin and monuments of communism back to Russia. Incidentally Karl Marx was a racist himself who hated slavs, especially Russians, blacks and Jews despite being Jewish himself. His writings and correspondence even call for racial extermination of non western European peoples. Read "Karl Marx: racist" by NathanielWeyl

  • Shame on the orange plague!

  • @dbullet Shame on the Maloross little Russian jannisary plague. Shame on Russian imperialism and little russian jannisary subservience with their serf/slave mindset

  • Shame on imperialism, glory to National-Socialism and the Times of Blood.

"Russians are the most intolerable and racist of all the east European nations."

Good on them, fuck this one-way, double-standards tolerance and anti-racism.
