A lot of people have complained about the battery life and how short it is, btu I've found out that if you turn off your broadband when you aren't using it you can save a lot of energy.

every SAGA video i've seen so far there was either a complaint the the service isnt well, or if there is no complaint about service, you can see that the person is only getting one bar... ???? any comments on service compared to other verizon phones?

i have the saga and i like it for the most part but i was suprised at my lack of signal. Since all of my previous verizon phone almost always had a good signal i was disapointed to see that my saga was constantly shifting for 2 to 3 bars but other than the signal i love the phone

I think it depends where it was reviewed. I live in Maryland and I have never had low signal with my older samsung's. My current samsung is the A-930 and it only has basic EVDO along side basic service (no 3g) and I have signal everywhere.

the samsung saga not only has 3g and basic service, it has EVDO quad band, which mine isn't privy to. I'm more than sure the signal is excellent.

@SuspenseTheBeatmaker Well, some phones just get low bars on the house. Maybe his hand was covering the internal Antenna. I do it all the time by accident with my Omnia. :/
