the way Hanh does his deadlifts are more like ROMANIAN dealdlifts hitting more the hamstrings, ur butt is supposed to be down NOT up. Muscle ups are insane, i give u guys props on those, no one in my gym does those
@Crisshomes1 That's bullshit, cholesterol levels are dependent on saturated fat consumption whereas actually consuming cholesterol doesn't go directly into your blood or affect your liver to even a minor extent.

But considering that it's been proven by so many different research institutes that consuming cholesterol does not actually affect cholesterol levels.
@Pbuilder There isn't really a specific amount that becomes bad for you but rather you will want a varied diet that is balanced and contains protein from multiple sources. However plenty of bodybuilders have upwards of 6-8 eggs just with there breakfast.
@chuckphantom yeah, for his subscribers he was giving out a lot of personal information..like his phone number and all that stuff and I guess that is what created some major issue and he had to close down his channel...i miss him..
have any full body workouts that can get me that chest for a begginer having provided that i have a gym to go to for atleast 2 hours a day plus running in the morningfor an hour
