I think there is model for both men and women how to act, but it shouldn't be forced, it should be natural. Being mean, stupid and spit is wrong for both sexes.

Women are naturally softer and more tender, so they should behave like that, though it's ok there are women who likes army and rugby.

It is proven that, for example, women have tendency to react calmly on somebody's agression, to calm agressor down, while man respond on agression is agression too. Men are tougher, more brutal. It is not that way with all animals on the planet, but in humanity it's so, because we are special.
