I heard this song about four years ago, the radio presenter didn't say the artists name. I just knew genre and Englishness. In a heated attempt to find the artist, all in all I've probably spent 50 hours on youtube listening through various bands of that era trying to find this song. I want to thank that presenter, my iPod is now oozing with great music that i wouldn't have found if it wasn't for him. After four years searching, I found this song 10 minutes ago. I can't stop listening to this song lately. I grew up in the 80s-90s, but I love 60s-70s-80s classic rock.

And yeah, I think The Beatles paved the way for the British Invasion (I'm a big fan of all of them), but these guys were probably the first hard rock band. I mean this is pretty heavy for 1965.
