Otay Ranch is a beautiful place. Perfect place to raise a family. Where he started the video it is only a mile away from the Olympic Training center(that's where I train). I agree it is expensive but the weather and a place to raise your kids you can't beat it. All the schools around there is BRAND NEW and have top notch sports facilities. Gym, all weather track, soccer fields, football fields etc. you can't beat the weather. I travel all around the world and there is no place better.
It was started by Reagan for poor people. Ma be some/most poor people need ta stay poor. They dream too big, the people in small affordable city houses get lured here, and the cycle starts...
I don't think giving people loans they can't pay helps them too much ... When the loan is all paid off the nice house is theirs ... but that only works if they can pay it off.
Guess ya just gotta be happy with with what you have and dont live above your means. The slowdown aint helping though.
