@MrPawany Try using a mirror about 4 or more feet away, with a wall 18" behind you. Keep your focus on the wall, and look close to your body. I teach rooms full of people how to do this, and all of us can. Just try again, I often need to do some side teachings after my motivational speakings for a few that had trouble. Just try again. You will get it.
@MrPawany The focal point to see the aura is only 18" (inches) past the person or object or yourself (life looks much more dynamic than objects when you see their aura). The wall is used to teach your eye where that is. So if you focus on a wall, that is 18 inches past the person, and look right against them or yourself in a mirror, you will see it. once you can see it, you don't need the wall, the wall is just a tool to find the focus that works. I clearly see auras with my eyes open, and this is how I started seeing them, as well. Excellent tutorial video! My own aura is usually very bright green. Occasionally, I see a bright blue. I always see blue in my aura around my shoulders, if I'm not wearing a shirt. If anyone has doubts after watching this video, just try it yourself. Just like he said, you can practice by looking at the space in between two fingers, or your whole arm if you want to. It works just as well in the mirror.

It's easier for me to see an aura when someone or an object is against a white background. When it isn't against a white background I find it more difficult to see an aura. I didn't know they could be seen on camera. I only notice it on people in real life. How long does it usually take to see the full aura? I can see the 2inch line right away, but have to stare to see it get bigger.

When I used your trick on you, through the video, I saw something like an aura. It was blue at first and when you moved, it turned orange and then it stayed orange for the rest of the video.
@babygirlishful i to have been seeing them for a long time now, i used to think the word "aura" was just a figure of speech about the physical presence of some1 but never related it to what i could see around them. I always thought that people who couldn't see auras were the ones with the problem of not seeing them. my aura changed throughout my life and only recently I noticed that mine shines brightly than ever, a friend who's a spiritual healer even saw the same thing around me. Weird!!
at 1:19 when he says "see the light" and draws his fingers across the screen somebody jacks up the brightness. You can see the light spot over his right shoulder (upper left side of screen) grow to be about twice as big. To me that this speaks of this being nothing more then an optical illusion designed to trick people into thinking the perception change is their own doing. I mean, I can see how people might miss the change if they were distracted by the words and movement.
@inyomawth I tried it out, and I did see something at first. But I'm also skeptical. The lighting change raised my doubts I no longer perceive anything. If you truly believe in something then your mind makes it real, to a degree. Case in point: a self-hypnosis video (on youtube) advertised putting you in a trance and making you cold. As the video went on the lighting gradually turned blue, a color most associated with cold. Those that didn't truly believe noticed the light and stayed warm.

It wasn't a matter of me believing they are there but mostly because I'm someone who gazes a lot, i get stuck in a weird gazing trance out of habit. they have already done tests, in total darkness, and in every case the test subject could NOT see that anyone was standing there, proving there is no light emiting from the body that can be seen by the human eye.
What you are seeing is a perspective, of the light that is already in the room.
I don't know so much if its my aura, but when I'm outside, I point to the ground with my finger touching the concrete, and I see a 'ghost' image of my finger about 2cm in length. If I focus long enough I see a bluish/green or rainbow color on the very thin outer edge of my tips. Is this anything?

If you try to see JetAlas's aura and you see orange, you are seeing the auric pair given off by his blue shirt, NOT his aura. Sometimes bold clothing colors give off their auric pair color, and it interferes with the human's aura.

How can you tell the difference between an after image and an aura (I'm inexperienced at seeing auras and probably haven't actually seen one yet.)
In my case, I have an eye abnormality where the rods and cones that allow me to see colors burn out very quickly- so I end up seeing after images of everything after only staring at something for 3 seconds. Also, I have been practicing on the aura's around colours, which is quite easy I think. My question is, how can I view the 'colour' aura of a person i.e. not just the light white mist, but full colours?

If I’m practicing seeing the auras of people on YouTube, do you think it’s a good exercise to search for videos where the person is talking about a subject emotionally? Does emotional energy make a person’s aura bigger? Or, is it easier to see the aura of someone who is very calm? (I’m a novice)

jetatlas, i learned how to c auras in bout a day with one of kimberlybuch's youtube videos. and i can only c the first layer, (da grayish-white color) n i wanted to ask u if u can show me how to make da auras i c thicker, n b able to see them faster, n wen da person,or my hand iz moving, n show me how to c da other layers plz?

It's easier for me to see an aura when someone or an object is against a white background. When it isn't against a white background I find it more difficult to see an aura. Is there anything I can do to make it easier for me to see an aura when something isn't against a white background? I'd love to practice seeing an aura without white backgrounds.

I'm not sure if I'm seeing it correctly, but there is a thin layer of white around my fingers when I try this.

I have been trying this for a while, at first I only saw dim, small, layers around people and only in the right conditions. Now I can look at anyone and see a white, sometimes yellow/blueish layer around someone which is like 10 cm wide. But you know, the colourful, huge aura... still haven't managed to see those. Do I simply need to go on practising or am I doing something wrong???

i could always see the thin shadow before i knew wut auras were. but the light is hard. ive read so much about how to do it but i cant. my friend told me if i keep practicing i could see it but its been a few months and i still cant :( it bums me out

Hmmm. I'm not sure if this is right, but I am beginning to see auras and retraining my perpheral vision. I was watching you in the video and I was beginning to see my first color aura and yours was white at first and started to gradually see a growing orange light. Yayyyy!!!!!!!!!

Not in bright sunlight, but you need light, etc...
Tell me how to see aura's in the dark and then I'll dig that it's not a trick of the eye!
I see 'auras' all the time, but it's just white (or sometimes shades of colored light) light that surrounds objects due to the interaction of your brain with the light, the eye, the focus, and the object...
And those scientists you claim say that it has nothing to do with a trick of the eye or better brain, should give facts... not just 'say'!!!

I didn't know they could be seen on camera. I only notice it on people in real life. How long does it usually take to see the full aura? I can see the 2inch line right away, but have to stare to see it get bigger.

When I used your trick on you, through the video, I saw something like an aura. It was blue at first and when you moved, it turned orange and then it stayed orange for the rest of the video.

@babygirlishful i to have been seeing them for a long time now, i used to think the word "aura" was just a figure of speech about the physical presence of some1 but never related it to what i could see around them. I always thought that people who couldn't see auras were the ones with the problem of not seeing them. my aura changed throughout my life and only recently I noticed that mine shines brightly than ever, a friend who's a spiritual healer even saw the same thing around me. Weird!!

at 1:19 when he says "see the light" and draws his fingers across the screen somebody jacks up the brightness. You can see the light spot over his right shoulder (upper left side of screen) grow to be about twice as big. To me that this speaks of this being nothing more then an optical illusion designed to trick people into thinking the perception change is their own doing. I mean, I can see how people might miss the change if they were distracted by the words and movement.

@inyomawth I tried it out, and I did see something at first. But I'm also skeptical. The lighting change raised my doubts I no longer perceive anything. If you truly believe in something then your mind makes it real, to a degree. Case in point: a self-hypnosis video (on youtube) advertised putting you in a trance and making you cold. As the video went on the lighting gradually turned blue, a color most associated with cold. Those that didn't truly believe noticed the light and stayed warm.

@roeder2135 Yes, I c what u mean. I see them all the time. Lol! That's the thing with me, I thought everyone else could see them. It wasn't a matter of me believing they are there but mostly because I'm someone who gazes a lot, i get stuck in a weird gazing trance out of habit. So it makes perfect sense that I can see an "aura" because I've trained my mind to see them without even trying hard at all! I don't know what the different colors mean though. I will watch the self-hypnosis vid now.

they have already done tests, in total darkness, and in every case the test subject could NOT see that anyone was standing there, proving there is no light emiting from the body that can be seen by the human eye.
What you are seeing is a perspective, of the light that is already in the room.

I don't know so much if its my aura, but when I'm outside, I point to the ground with my finger touching the concrete, and I see a 'ghost' image of my finger about 2cm in length. If I focus long enough I see a bluish/green or rainbow color on the very thin outer edge of my tips. Is this anything?

Ok I thought you people were weirdos at first.. but I just tried it for a while.. first worked with both eyes.. I thought it might be an eye trick so I closed one.. tried the other one.. my hands throw off white shadowy light and it trails like crazy.. does that mean I'm special or just a noob?

If you try to see JetAlas's aura and you see orange, you are seeing the auric pair given off by his blue shirt, NOT his aura. Sometimes bold clothing colors give off their auric pair color, and it interferes with the human's aura.

@ryanm100100 the white light is just light reflection you will know it is your aura when your focused youll see a glowing color andif you slowly (very slowly) move your hands it gentlydrags behind you skin it's wierd

u know how when u stare at a color for a while u start to see its polar opposite? i think thats whats going on here.u can try THAT with anything. literally just stare at like a colored piece of paper close up and u eventually see its polar opposite.

How can you tell the difference between an after image and an aura (I'm inexperienced at seeing auras and probably haven't actually seen one yet.)
In my case, I have an eye abnormality where the rods and cones that allow me to see colors burn out very quickly- so I end up seeing after images of everything after only staring at something for 3 seconds. So please don’t say "you need to stare at something for 30 seconds or longer to see an after image" when describing the distinction.

Hey JA,
Nice vid, been practicing viewing aura's for a week or so, and can pick up this light mist around the body, although its hard to maintain a steady focus. Also, I have been practicing on the aura's around colours, which is quite easy I think. My question is, how can I view the 'colour' aura of a person i.e. not just the light white mist, but full colours?

The JREF Challenge Million dollar prize is offered to anyone to prove supernatural phenomena under controlled conditions. Claiming to see auras would be such a testable phenomena (Kiliran photography can be explained by natural means). Many people refuse to be challenged on the grounds that money isn't important to their higher pursuits. I could counter that it would be an excellent opportunity to give the money to a worthy cause and to turn skepticism and science to spiritual awareness.
