Hello to all the people here i am 17 and i did Insanity for 1 month but after i messed up my spine pretty bad and now that my spine is better after about 4 months i gained so much weight without being able to do ANYTHING!! :( and i want to do Insanity again but idk if it will work for me. P.S it wasnt Insanity that messed up my back i was doing Parkour and i landed on my spine... Yes i know its kind of stupid of me but ehh we are all human any suggestions. @dude04345
question about insanity, i want to take the challenge but my goal is to gain muscle as well as get ripped. I am kinda of hesitent on takin this insanity ordeal cuz of its cardio routines. i way 152 lbs mostly musle and i have a good defention of a body but wanting to make it look even better. Any suggestions on wat i asked who took this insanity challenge?
i think i`ll never be able to do those moving push-ups. i can barely get to do 20 push-ups, so moving while doing them is as good as askin me to cook eggs with my feet.
yuck, globe jumps...and frog jumps lol i used to hate level 1 and level 2 drills but now i'm starting to be able to keep up. and i LOVE moving push-ups, it makes me feel pimp!
Great results man! I hope you don't mind, but I featured this video on my blog to give people an idea what Cardio Power & Resistance was like (also included a link to your website). I keep a blog updated daily about my journey with Insanity. You're more than welcome to check it out (nevermind, apparently I can't link it...)
I've been doing P90X for 45 days now i did loose weight the first month but this month i havent lost anything! Ive stopped going down in weight. However my muscles are getting more toned. But the videos dont make me sweat as much as they use to. So now im thinking of getting INSANITY Seeing that its more towards Cardio and thats really what i need. Anybody got anything to add when it comes to P90X VS INSANITY.
@danlublock Insanity will absolutely push your limits of cardio and weight loss beyond P90X. Each program is intense but unique in it's approach at fitness. I did Insanity after P90X just like you are thinking, it's a great transition!
@ktim48 awesome! remember to do what YOU can do, not what they do in the video. Push to Your limits and break whenever you need to. If you don't take breaks with Insanity, you're not pushing hard enough! Dig Deeper my friend.
Good job man, I did P90X last year for a little while but you are right it gets boring after some time. After a couple of months hopefully, I rehab my jumpers knee and probably attempt on doing this.
@LeontariF1 Absolutely give your knee all the time it needs to recover so you can hit Insanity 110%. It's very high impact on the lower body so be careful but don't let that stop you from moving forward!
Hey bro. This is insane. I'm buying this online in a few minutes. Other than the infomercial just wanted to do a little research....gotta say your more motivation to order. I'm excited. 1 question tho. when I get my dvds...what would be the healthiest meal plan to start on with the workout? Great job too! Awesome!!

i'm wondering if i should continue, i got a knee injury (a dog bit me) and it hurts... i'm wondering if i should wait or like do something else that doesnt involve the knee and wait for it to heal and then try it again?
just ordered mine last night waiting for it in the mail, I was going to get taebo bootcamp but i work with billy blanks for years and loved it but I want to try somthing new
Your vids are an inspiration and I've been doing Insanity for a few days now. It's the best workout and really fun to do. Keep up the good work! Maybe this can be a daily routine for a lifetime. :D
Dude...you are looking mad ripped! You have me totally psyched todo Insanity. I start on 8/31..I love to read that the dvd just goes by. I've been doing Jillian Anderson but ready for a change.I will definetly check in to see your result.Great motivator...
I totally agree with you, dude, these workouts fly by. There were times when I missed a P90X workout simply because of the time factor. So far, not the case with Insanity. I love it! This sh*t is bananas!!
@slimshodi I've noticed some people saying p90x is actually boring but it looks kind of exciting on the commercials. Is Insanity the same or is it really that "fun" and fast-paced once you get it home?
Both programs are very good and definitely not boring. I have completed 3 rounds of P90X and 2 rounds of Insanity. I love them both. So much so, that for my next round, I will be doing a P90X/Insanity hybrid.
I am curious as to if you just keep repeating the 2 months over and over or do you stay with max (month 2) until you can go straight through for the total amount of time
It's up to you but that's actually a great idea. Though that would get old and routine before to long. I plan to do more resistance training by doing a P90X/ Insanity hybrid after these 60 days. I'll let you know when I finish creating my workout schedule!
You rock! I don't even have to moderate rude people because for one, it's a waste of my time and energy, and besides I have you to tell them to get lost! =)
Dude, you don't even need to post pics. Everyone can see in your videos that you are getting JACKKKEEEEDDDD!!!! You have and always will be my biggest inspiration and motivation my friend, don't forget that!
your shoulders are getting ripped! I'm starting Insanity on Monday. Just got it in the mail yesterday and am going shopping tomorrow for my 5 meals-a-day plan.
Sorry. No Skype account, but I'm planning on making a quick video showcasing my physique every day after i workout. Kinda like the dude who took a picture everyday for 6 years only i'm doing it for 60 days.
A few questions though. Do you use any type of recovery formula? If you use the nutrition guide where can i go to find additional recipes?

wow your deff getting cut up dude for real keep it up! i think i should of just bought insanity an not p90x
DCBoys86 2 years ago
They are both their own things, like Insanity is pretty much taking away all of my BF and giving me better endurance and speed.
P90X will build lean muscle and size.
After the remaining 35 or so days I am going for a "P90X Insanely Reloaded" round with a mix of the two. :)
