Food Allergies

Dr. Marcus, I have to say I was breastfed til I was 2yrs old I didn't suffer food allergies until the age of 28. I think personally anorexia or selective eating for long periods of times doesn't expose u to different foods and when reintroduced these and they can be allergic suddenly to them. speaking from experience just spread ur self out with different foods constantly cycled in diet and adding vitamin D3 and Fish oil to the diet has tremendously helped me personally...Im allergic 2 everythin
