@cntryguy146 we have a few rules here in norway, like if you are out in weather condition where even studded wintertires does not work, and you crash, you WILL do jail time and lose your licens. You will get penelty on level with recless and drunk driving.

Even if they do have winter tires, they SHOULD have parked the car and walked instead. The idiots risking killing other people because they are fucking lazy. The fuckers gonna kill someone driving like that on ice.
