LOL @ DMC starting the hack & slash genre. CastleVania, Ninja Gaiden, Golden Axe, Gauntlet, Shinobi, Omuisha and a few more games came out before DMC.

It can be argued that DMC may be the best but it sure as hell wasn't the first.

@AvotheHoly there is little replay, in this game u can collect all the shards and look abyssal armor (which almost makes u a god), but u did all that in the first playthrough, then there isn't much to hook you up.

But DS in my opinion, is way better than DMC 4 and I loved DMC series until 4 came out. I thought it was a huge pile of let down cow patty.

Darksiders is a lot more like god of war and is more of a bloody slash fest that is probably a little more entertaining, at least for me while Bayonetta is more of a Devil May Cry copy that requires a lot more finesse. It depends on who you are.

SAW the video game is totally worthless. Left 4 Dead 2 is good if you have multiplayer, and Mass effect 2 and Darksiders are great for single player. If you want most hours of gameplay, go with ME2. Graphics go to ME2, but i had the most fun with darksiders.

Yeah, I'd rather wait for God Of War III (Notice the three Is for extra awesomeness). However, this still looks better than Bayonetta, which is very generic. It's like all they did was say:

Hey! Let's take Devil May Cry, replace Dante with a girl, hypnotize everyone into thinking she's hot, then replace anything good from Devil May Cry with a counterpart so UNNECESSARILY over-the-top that everyone's head will explode!

Ya know bayonetta is gettin all the better reviews, but to me i would rather have a long, multigenre game (puzzling, roleplaying, platforming, and hacknslash) that combines great elements of Zelda and GoW than a game that is half as long that is essentially devil may cry with a chick and REALLY annoying music...The demo made me nautious, then i rented it for a week and tried to see if it would be better but i cant stand

The most negative things I've heared about it is that it's a little too similar to other good games, which isn't that bad when you think about it.:-) Man, with this and Bayonetta comming out now and Brütal Legend and Arkham Asylum last year, I really wish I owned a 360 or PS3.
