The sound is seriously out of sync around the time you go into the washroom... like when you leave we hear the saving sound even before you're gotten to the save point.

Actually, I think when you look out the window, you should look around and you'll find a random number on a wall or something. Then you can call that number and then you'll hear breathing... or something like that. Dont remeber since I havent played the game in a long time.
