Great job I am amazed I didn't watch the whole thing but what I did watch u actually sound like the original. Alot of times people botch the song but not you. Way to use that god given gift. Rock on
you remind me a bit of me after i learned to play this i tryed to sing it to,and i for one will never ask any one why they dont sing it ( because i know why i dont).very very nice job, mr. G-MAN
I have been playing off and on for 15 years. I love this song. GREAT JOB !. I remember Lindsey Buckingham tellind the story of Mick Fleetwood and the rest of the band trying to get him to play with a pick when he first joined. He was like SCREW THAT' It works too. PEACE !@
I'll admit. I was hoping for a tutorial...I am self taught and i'm having trouble with the constant thumb picking... I can't seem to keep the timing/rhythm...Any tips??? Otherwise I want to say "Job well done!!"
I like covers that are a bit different and your is very nice. big love is not an easy song to get just right. and then to sing it - like lindsey does- well thats major league.
however, I like your rendition- it flows- has a bit of your own touch which fits very nicely.
a solid b+ or A -...I don't believe I can do it as well.
@TheGrimsdale thanks!--the trick is getting the thumb to play steady 8th notes, and your other fingers either play with the note or opposite (in between) the bass notes. Just a matter of timing. It's fun once you get it though.
Great job! I was just messing with "Never Go Back Again" and stumbled into my own thing. I love it when that happens. Check it out if you want, it's my first and only video on here.
Basically its when you use you fingers instead of strumming or plucking its a different dynamic and expressive technique LOL if you understand what that is
That was really beautiful, but you lost me at the end... it's actually not how the song goes. I was just wondering why you didn't do it correctly the whole way through? Still, big props... that song is HARD!
wow, I was trying to see if anyone had actually tried to do this song and I stumbled across this one. You did awesome, but as well as you did, no one can live up to the original. Sorry, but it was still amazing. good job
