Pretty decent Ultimate Warrior edit, but that Rick Rude is horrible. I'd definitely re-edit him. Your move set is a little off too, you should watch some Ultimate Warrior matches to get a feel for his style.

Yeah, watch some more of his matches. Add the following: pile driver, double axe handle off the top rope, side walk slam, flying face buster, jumping face buster, atomic drop, elbow drop, chop off the top rope, vertical suplex, bear hug,basic bodyslam, running power slam, regular military press, avalanche clothesline, arm bar, hip toss,flying shoulder tackle, various power moves,etc.

Dingo Warrior days add: leg drop, camel clutch, arm bar takedown followed by legdrop onto arm.

Fire Pro Wrestling is crap. Why the hell would you make a 2-d wrestling game in a world of 3d? This ain't the age of Sega or NES, for god sakes!

Because, numbnuts, despite it being 2-D, at least the movements, amount of movesets, variety in making characters, and many other things blows almost anything out of the water that has ever been made, though I will concede that they need actual body morphing technology, entrances, hair length, and other issues resolved in the next game. Also, Yuke's DID make a Fire Pro game but it, too, kind of sucked.  They call it Fire Pro Wrestling Iron Slam '96 for the PS1 if you want the name of the game.
