i just think the show should have stayed the same as it did before. i mean, variety is a good thing, its good that the producers are coming up with different ideas, but they werent executed nearly as well as before

@mattwo7 if you take a look at the 2003 version, in episode 8, they are completely shrouded in darkness even though the purple dragons arent. so it really doesnt make that big of a difference.

@mattwo7 i know that, but the style and animation was changed drastically from season 6 which was different from seasons 1-5, so i consider seasons 1-5 one version and seasons 6 and 7 their own separate version. i know the storyline stays intact, somewhat, but still i think season 6 went way downhill

@mattwo7 i dont hate it, the episodes are just as action-packed as ever. its just that it doesnt compare at all with the first 5 seasons. those seasons were dark and serious, but season 6 got a lot lighter and lost much of the ninja-like element the first 5 seasons had. sure, season 5 had lots of colors, but the storyline remained intact. the plot of this season just seemed uninspired. i mean, mikey presses a button, and suddenly theyre all 100 years in the future?

ok....the old 1980 cartoon TMNT that story of Hamato Yoshi being splinter true....Orginally.....not true....Splinter was a mere pet rat for Yoshi.....but because Yoshi was better.... first comic...killed hos Saki's brother Nagi....in old movie won a girls heart....in these series.....killed him for protecting the secret whereabouts of certain aliens....clear enough for you sir/miss?

In the original black and white comic Splinter was a pet of Hamato Yoshi who escaped after he was killed by the Shredder.

The '87 cartoon changed it that Splinter was actualy Hamato Yoshi changed into a humanoid rat.

This cartoon follows the comic origin of the characters.

because he's the cliche villain of the series. I remember in Season 5 Shredder made a cliche villain comment of raping Karai. I was actually shocked he said that since it's a cartoon meant for kids.

Eight episodes so far and still no sign of Leatherhead or Karai, both of whom got new BTTS designs. Leatherhead should at least make one appearance since he's arguably the closest turtle ally after Casey and April. As for Karai, it makes sense she hasn't shown up since she probably decided to call it a day after Season 5. But I'd still like to see what she's doing now.

And what happened to the Foot Elite? You think they'd be helping Khan with something as big as rebuilding the Foot.
