i used this song for my husband's funeral. it was really hard and emotional to watch the slide show..but i thank God for our 7 years of precious time together. he is the oldest son of four sons, a loving husband and the greatest dad to three young daughters. sometimes i feel like this is not fair cause i didn't see it coming and it would happen to me.

@Sundincubus True confession of sin is different. Take the story of Pual (Saul of Tarsus in the book of Acts). Once he was converted, he was save. Wearing those symbols is a sign of idolatry (Habakkuk 2:18-20). God has no form or shape so why create something to put your faith in. This doesn't mean that they are bad but putting too much faith in an object is not good. In 1 John 1:9 it says that if we confess our sins he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins. @hmongolian1 that explains why my friends are like that. they used to joke around me saying i need to got to church with them and put my faith in the lord like they did. that really irritates me becuz all my life i hadn't so much as hurt a fly. and these friends of mine who gang bangs,steals, do drugs, can just go to church to confess with a few hail-marys and all their sins will be forgiven becuz one day of the week they are sorry. Im Shamanism, i respect the Hmong Church people. But some people don't know how to talk, always be making fun of Shamanism. I am a Hmong Christian I study Chirstian Theology, Christian Apologetics, World Religions and philosophy. If the information is passed down from one generation to the next, wouldn't you believe it? 2 timothy 3:16 said that all scripture is God breathed. The book itself makes claims of deity. No other book can compare to this or has the archeological evidence to back it up.

(Matthew 16) His disciples answered many things but one of them, Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the son of the living God." @Kovayaj That's where you are wrong. The new testaments are written by mostly first hand account, by people who have seen or been with Jesus. They were written in span of about 70 years after Jesus's death and resurrection. So they do have a direct knowledge. There are historical documents written by non-christian historian that supports these events. Again, if everything was a big hoax, then there should have been some documentations to refute these claims, non are credible. The truth stands

I won't mention what. but something bad happen to her. and she went to her church and ask her Xib Fwb to pray for her to get better..but it even thou her Xib Fwb pray for her. not happen she had been doing that for years until she decided to trying the Shamanism way. and she was heal.

@Kovayaj You can not appear to your creator while you are still alive. Only after you die will you met him for judgement, all the believers and non-believers. And there are those specials ones who he chose to meet him before they die to change their life around.

So love only to gain in this darwinian world for suvival of the fittest is what it's all about and death is what advances life. The bible also says that there is a heaven and a hell. I just don't think it's very wise to come to a conclusion based on one bible verse. i used this song for my husband's funeral. it was really hard and emotional to watch the slide show..but i thank God for our 7 years of precious time together. he is the oldest son of four sons, a loving husband and the greatest dad to three young daughters. sometimes i feel like this is not fair cause i didn't see it coming and it would happen to me.

@Sundincubus True confession of sin is different. Take the story of Pual (Saul of Tarsus in the book of Acts). Once he was converted, he was save. Wearing those symbols is a sign of idolatry (Habakkuk 2:18-20). God has no form or shape so why create something to put your faith in. This doesn't mean that they are bad but putting too much faith in an object is not good. In 1 John 1:9 it says that if we confess our sins he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins. @hmongolian1 that explains why my friends are like that. they used to joke around me saying i need to got to church with them and put my faith in the lord like they did. that really irritates me becuz all my life i hadn't so much as hurt a fly. and these friends of mine who gang bangs,steals, do drugs, can just go to church to confess with a few hail-marys and all their sins will be forgiven becuz one day of the week they are sorry. This to me, it's nothing close to being faithful and just.

Im Shamanism, i respect the Hmong Church people. But some people don't know how to talk, always be making fun of Shamanism. I respect everyones beliefs and religions, but you lose the respect more and more due to the fact some people are just too immature. I am a Hmong Christian I study Chirstian Theology, Christian Apologetics, World Religions and philosophy. I love my Hmong people and respect each one with all my heart although I don't agree with what they do sometimes, I also love studying shamanism just for my info. so I have pride being Hmong WITHOUT keeping the traditions as you claim.

What intrigue me is that a person who has claims of the scientific world and their understanding but can not provide material proof. When ask about the most basics of their philosophers, they have no clue. Besides this goes on to demean others with no consequences. You figured out. For a minute there I was worry because everybody else already knew that. What you don't know is that no one came back to life after death, only Jesus. I guess you want proof that he is alive right? Should I call him and have him meet you? Sorry can't do that, I'm not a god so I can't command the son of God for a personal appearance for your sake. You got people all around you telling you he is alive, so believe if you must, He does not force you to.

@Kovayaj There are a lot of history books nowadays but one remains true and has not change over thousands of years. If the information is passed down from one generation to the next, wouldn't you believe it? 2 timothy 3:16 said that all scripture is God breathed. The book itself makes claims of deity. No other book can compare to this or has the archeological evidence to back it up.

According to the Bible, Hmong are the gentile group as well as all other kind, Hmong are the lowest group that God rescued from the dark unto the light; thank God for that, now that many have come to the light and live in the light, so that not too many problems for God to solved. But there are most people still live in the darkness and have not awakening yet.

Certainly not the one true God, because He says NO one is good enough to meet his standards. Only is Son is perfect, and if you believe in Him, you will have eternal life. Christians never claimed to be perfect, they are forgiven.

Well, in the Bible, Jesus asked his disciples who men thought he was. (Matthew 16) His disciples answered many things but one of them, Simon Peter answered, "You are the Christ, the son of the living God." Jesus answered him, "Blessed are you, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven." So How do we know Jesus arose from the dead? Our Father who is in heaven revealed it to us.

If Jesus can raise the dead, give sight to the blind, heal sick, make the crippled walk, and drive out demons, why is it so difficult to believe that he overcame death itself? @Kovayaj That's where you are wrong. The new testaments are written by mostly first hand account, by people who have seen or been with Jesus. They were written in span of about 70 years after Jesus's death and resurrection. So they do have a direct knowledge. There are historical documents written by non-christian historian that supports these events. Again, if everything was a big hoax, then there should have been some documentations to refute these claims, non are credible. The truth stands

All Christian got it all wrong that the dead going to rise up again;

Since you ask I just want to mention something that had happen. one of my sister in-law. her family is christian. and one day after she got marry to my family. I won't mention what. but something bad happen to her. and she went to her church and ask her Xib Fwb to pray for her to get better..but it even thou her Xib Fwb pray for her. not happen she had been doing that for years until she decided to trying the Shamanism way. and she was heal.

But I had seen many Christians that had been sick and went to church to pray or even had ask their Xib Fwb to pray for them to confess their sin or whatever. but not happen. until they decided to do the shamanism way or in hmong UA NEEG SAIB. @MrJimbobwae shamanism. i am not a shaman, so i cannot speak to the ancestors, nor do i claim to speak to the ancestors. i respect and acknowlege my ancestors for without them i would not be here. maybe not you but some christians pay all the respect to christ and not their ancestors. i do not have problems with hmong who believe in christ. i do have problem with those who believe in christ and turn around and say that i am a devil worshipper. if you believe in christ, more power to you.

@YummyProduction24 : Yup I know for sure that Jesus is real because it says in the Bible...it says that Jesus was born human being just like us but, because earth people don't trust him and put him on the cross he died n went to hell to save all our sin on the third day he rose again and went to heaven and sits at the right hand side of the father. The fool need physical evidence for the existence of God.When you die you leave your physical body/flesh body behind. "By the sweat of your brow you will eat your food until you return to the ground, since from it you were taken; for dust you are and to dust you will return." (Genesis 3:19). If you don't go to heaven, where else are you going to? Must be hell.

@Kovayaj if you read history books, why don't you check into the writings of Flavius Josephus, Camelius Tacitus, and Pliney the Elder. 1 is a Jewish and the other 2 are Roman historians. They all attest to the fact that Jesus live, die and rose again. These are known to be reliable sources.. Now this is fact that you can't disprove. Check and see for yourself. After carefully studying of the evidence, history, and other things he's gathered, he came to the conclusion that Jesus really existed and rose from the dead. @cx615 let me see if i can clearlify this misconception. your ancestors love and protect you and they not make your sick. they will try to protect you or warn you and your family from from the demons who are trying to make you sick. but they can only do so much. eventually, they will need help from you. even in the realm of darkness, money is still important. that's why shaman burns paper money. the love from your ancestors is that they actually begging the denoms to let your souls go.
