  • I agree with theitalianboy, ur moving ur upper body too much, the perfect dolphin kick comes from your stomach down, not your entire body moving.

  • i appreciate all your comments :) add me on twitter @charlesrollon

  • i am a profesional swimmer and this is as wrong as it can get, from the waist up(a little above the waist) it should be perfectly still ( you are wasting energy to stop your movement lol )

  • asi voy yo sin aletas

  • lol, people here are stupid, for butterfly you don't put it all in your legs, you do put it in the body, watch some olympic swimmers and you'll see

  • @EatACracker hes not swimming butterfly here, he's just kicking, if his arms are waving around in the water hes putting way too much work into something thats not pushing him forward

  • It is impossible to have a perfect dolphin kick with fins on. Grab some zoomers and practice it.

  • WTF?

  • That sucked.no offence

  • wiggly flabby body

  • You aren't supposed to move your whole body, just your legs

  • it's good but your butt is sticking up way too much. hhaha

  • you bend your knees to much

  • no not perfect good though

  • Your ankles need to curve back up into the movement - push the water with both sides of your feet.

  • you start from your knees.. The perfect way is starting from your chest.

  • is that it???

  • far from perfect.

  • thats kinda like a underwater worm

  • what camera did you use to record the video with?

  • @lemurfan123 olmpus camera. i dont know the exact model :)

  • @charlesrollon Thanks :)

  • if i use flippers, i get cramp >.<

  • hes putting to much of the momentum into the body he needs to put it all into the legs

  • @theitalianboy357 especially the hips

  • @kawaiiushii that too

  • @theitalianboy357 no, momentum should come from the core, not the legs, but he is going too much up and down--it is not effecient. The "S" needs to be tighter, not so wide.

  • @TheBklynmermaid ik thats what i was saying

  • @theitalianboy357 Wrong. He is using his body too much but its not all legs. If you dont use your core and legs in it, then good luck even making a state cut in swimming.

  • of course its gonna come out good like that; he has flippers -_______-

  • @MiiszLatina thats how u practice dolphin kicks so that they become better
