read in the facts of the case. the woman was "singing in the rain" at 2 in the morning. likely drunk and there was no skid marks, hence not driving at a fast pace. DA is saying the situation is taking a hit on his reputation but that is assuming he is guilty. this is not a big deal and way out of proportion.
