I understand the point of the master grid, its very useful. But why do you need star flowers on the edge?

Because the start on the edge make it impossible to cluster 3 normal pieces meanoing to grid collapses :D

Nice - and I agree, have never seen an MMC built that way. I use a very similar plucking method, but like JDog I build them row by row.

Just to add aswell, you build MMCs in such a strange way, i'm not just talking about the plucking. I build stuff in complete rows, so rows at a time. until its built. Interesting.
