GOOD JOB MAN! i just did finished my second test yesterday in which board breaking is necassary yea i messed up my elbow but yea man i saw that speed break you tried to do those are HARD!
U wanna' make sure that U KNOW U ARE GOING TO BREAK THE BOARDS! not that u believe that u can because that's different. Focus and PRACTICE I can't STRESS ENOUGH how IMPORTANT that is, thanks for the comment, check out my other testing video it's better than this one, search 3 Kicks in Air!!!
dont just hit the board with power dont have that in mind think more of going through it you want to punch the guy holding it thats what you should think of more

That is impressive. Any tips for board breaking? I am strong but I don't feel powerful. You know what I mean?
