  • Good response, i should remember to each their own. Heck i still use a Yamaha RX-7 for gritty samples, and it is older than dirt. Thanks for the good banter though, peace!

  • i would have to disagree with your views on the EA-1, i use this machine in all my performances. I run it midi with a Kawai controller keyboard, and sync it with my EMX-1. i get fantastic smooth bass lines, and all kinds of spacey sounds. it also can be broken down into two separate channels run into my Koass pad and i can control all kinds of great LFO modulations, and effects. the only thing lacking here is some creativity on the user behalf.

  • @KaossFriendly I think that its interface is great and I love using Electribes for sequencing other gear, but the actual sound quality of the synthesis engine is lacking. The effects are also crap too, but that's just my opinion. I've programmed the hell out of the EA-1 and used Electribes for a long time. The EA-1 has its uses but I I've moved on to better stuff. :) When I have the time, I'll upload more videos of some of my favorite toys.

  • @VincentsVideoVisions Basically, it's a good unit but the sound quality sucks.
