one piece of advice i will give is if that is one of those water filled bags...you may want to use a leather cloth filled bag. you want the energy to transfer to transfer into the bag...not the other way around.

@languageishellagay power is utilizing strength AND speed in one explosive movement. so he really isn't sacrificing power, rather choosing a different method of developing it.
bad habits occur when you are tired.. my trainer always tell me to put may elbow up.. because i do MMA.. and putting your hands up cant defend those puches with those small gloves... try to punches with your elbows pointing at your enemy.. or you can watch wanderlei VS rampage jackson.. is how you put your elbows up
I like your kick. My only suggestion would be to focus on keeping your hands up more. I know you are just demoing your kicks but you should always breed good habits.
Maybe consider more toe pivot on your bottom leg while middle kicking.

The guy training with heavybag is doing very good.
