We do use red filters, usually towards the end of the season when the rabbits might be getting a bit lamp shy, but if your filming you want the maximum amount of light possible. Try making a video in red filter and you will see what I mean, the viewing quality is crap.
The lamp used in these clips was a Lightforce Blitz in order to try and get the best possible lighting situation for filming, but usually we use Strikers, hope that helps.

Thanks Mike, glad you enjoyed it. Its hard getting the perfect night for filming, dark, windy but no rain. But as soon as we get another good night like that we will be back out filming again.

Wow thats so much fun using a dog to chase them down .We used to use a grey hound to go foe jacks .i remember it was a thrill to see them run.
