Take one good look at the end of the out put shaft right about 0:15 and you will clearly see where the blade attaches. This is from a push mower and is a vertical not horizontal engine.
nice engine, poor condition. 3 hp :D mine only have 2 hp. I tink its gona kick ass ween its hase been rebuilded! Try a K&N airfilter, can help in perfomance.

i hope you know that it is siting on is side and if you run it like that you will only have that motor for about 2 min max.
