I researched a bit into this case. It seems that Wright the ghost stays in what he calls the flux,was a murder victim and states that there are wandering lemurs coming and going all the time.Interestingly the word lemur is a latin term for restless spirit.He also tell the owner of the home to not be afraid,all things are possible,even time travel. Pretty cool stuff imo. Peace freaks.

the most effective way to catch a ghost is a POLAROID STILL CAMERA!! cannot be edited or be fake... total developed of picture in just seconds...
